Picking the new property in 45 days: 3-property, 200% or 95%?

Identification letter (English, for your QI)

Fill in the names, check every address, then sign and send it to your QI. Many QIs have their own form: use theirs if they do.

Common mistake: "I told my agent which houses I like, so they're identified." No. It must be a signed writing delivered to your QI (or another party to the exchange who is not you or your agent) by midnight of day 45, with an address or legal description for each one.
