21. Back-up position number 1 — only goes live after the earlier deal is cancelled in writing and both sides are released.
32. Cancellation rights. A. Buyer may cancel any time before Seller hands over the signed cancellation. B. If no signed cancellation by 11/30/2026, either side may cancel.
43. Buyer's deposit to escrow within 3 business days after the cancellation copies are delivered. or as in the Agreement.
54. Time periods start the Day after the cancellation copies are delivered. or as in the Agreement. A fixed closing date is not moved.
65. Broker duty. No agent tells either side whether the first deal was legally cancelled or who gets that deposit.
76. Expiration. Expires with the offer it is attached to; otherwise 5:00 pm on the 3rd Day after Seller signs.
