Notary Acknowledgement: notary xác nhận ai đã ký

Có giấy phải "đi notary" mới xong. Tờ NA là phần notary điền: hôm nào, ở county nào, ai đứng trước mặt, đã coi giấy tờ tùy thân. Notary chỉ xác nhận người ký là ai, không xét nội dung giấy.
